Where does a serum go in the routine?

After cleansing and before moisturising, on slightly damp skin. Serums carry small active molecules designed to sink in, and a moisturiser then seals them; applying one over a cream wastes it. One serum at a time is plenty — layering three actives is the fastest way to a reaction you cannot attribute.

Are the travel sizes genuine, or samples?

They are the brand's own retail travel sizes, sealed and barcoded — not decanted samples or gift-with-purchase miniatures repackaged for sale. That distinction matters here more than anywhere, because travel sizes are the format most often sold on as samples elsewhere.
