How much bath salt should I use?

A generous handful or two under running hot water so it dissolves fully before you get in — undissolved salt sitting at the bottom of the bath is uncomfortable and wasteful. Fifteen to twenty minutes is plenty for a soak, and rinsing briefly afterwards stops any residue drying on the skin.
