Do I really need to cleanse twice?
Only in the evening, and only if you have worn makeup, sunscreen or a long day of city air. An oil or balm first dissolves what water cannot, then a gentle foaming or cream wash clears the rest. In the morning one pass is plenty — most skin does not need stripping before the day starts.
Are these sealed, or opened testers?
Sealed. Every cleanser is genuine branded stock in the brand's own packaging with its batch code intact — we do not sell testers, decants or refilled bottles. Anything that arrives other than as described is covered by UK returns.
Follow with toners and face moisturisers, or take makeup off first with make-up removers.
