Delivery Information

• Standard: 3 to 5 Days, Tracked — £4.74
  Delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
• Express: 2 to 3 Days, Tracked — £5.94
  Delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
• Express Plus: 1 to 2 Days, Tracked — £12.60
  Delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You choose your service at checkout, where these same prices and timescales are shown before you pay.

We commit to the delivery timescale shown for the service you choose.

• If your order has not arrived within that timescale, we will refund your delivery charge in full.
• If your order does not arrive at all, you can request a full refund of your order.

• Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
• Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
• The delivery timescales above are counted from dispatch.

• We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
• All of our delivery services are tracked.

• If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• We do not charge a restocking fee.
• For faulty or damaged items we cover the cost of return postage. For a change of mind, return postage is your responsibility.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
