Why do my lips still feel dry after using balm?

Usually because the balm is sitting on top rather than being absorbed. Applying to slightly damp lips helps, as does using a thicker treatment overnight when nothing rubs it off. If you are reapplying constantly through the day, try a richer formula rather than more of a light one — frequency is rarely the problem.

Are your lip balms in date and genuine?

Yes. Everything is genuine branded stock, sealed as supplied, and we clear lines well before they run short-dated. The lower price comes from buying overstock and discontinued packaging, not from selling anything near the end of its life.
