Shower gel or shower cream — what's the difference?

Gels foam more and rinse very clean, which suits normal and oily skin; creams contain more emollient and leave a light film that helps if your skin feels tight after washing. If you shower daily and your skin is dry in winter, switching to a cream is usually a bigger improvement than adding more body lotion afterwards.

Is this the same product sold at full price elsewhere?
